TECHNICAL FEATURES :
The machine base is made of INOX AISI 304, all weldings are well-finished
and thoroughly pickled and glazed by hand. The mechanical parts
are realized by numerical control machines, therefore a total
interchangeability is guaranteed. The high quality pneumatic distributors
and cylinders don't require lubrication, in compliance with the
Food Industry regulations.
WORKING PROCESS:
The corks poured into the hopper at random are canalized and sent
to the orientating group. The difference in specific weight between
natural and agglomerate cork determines the cork orientating process,
which is made easier by the cork chamfer. Corks of different dimensions
can be handled without requiring particular adjustments. The number
of corks needed by the corker is automatically regulated by the
machine itself. A sending group for oriented corks conveys them
to the corker.
