The WDT-3 with drying tunnel is the most convenient and economical answer to the demands of wine producers and small wineries where a range of different bottle formats are employed.

WASHING:
carried out mechanically by two nylon brushes and non-recycled water at ambient temperature. The bottles are blocked one by one on the pads and forced to rotate in the opposite direction of the brushes rotation.

DRYING (PATENTED SYSTEM):
by means of suitably oriented and programmed hot air jets, which come from two air distributors adjustable both in inclination and width, fed by two air blowers placed inside the machine base. A new "hot" drying process of the cork has been designed exclusively by us and is available on request.
