MODEL WDR20-25

Strong with the success obtained in 30 years' activity both on domestic and international markets with its washers-driers types: RTF and WDT, Cames now puts on the market the NEW GENERATION of machines, which have been designed for reaching HIGH SPEEDS (12.000 – 30.000 bph) and for being space-saving.
The bottles coming from the conveyor are spaced by the scroll, placed on the centering and driving pads by the inlet starwheel and forced to rotate by means of a motorized watertight gearing. A central brush turning in the opposite direction of the bottles carries out the washing by means of water at room temperature, which is not recycled. The system already employed by Cames for over 30 years makes it possible to have an OPTIMUM WASHING OF ALL KINDS OF BOTTLES, as the bottle is firmly kept on its axis. Strong-haired brushes can be used in case a more intensive washing is required.

The drying carousel has been designed with a wide diametral pitch, so as to enable the positioning of tangential side air distributors. After the washing the bottles are rightly positioned on the drying carousel and forced to rotate many times on themselves in the right rotation sense while they are perfectly centered. During their rotation they are hit by air jets under pressure duly directed and programmed. The hot air under pressure is generated by the machine itself by means of blowers, which feed the various distributors. The air, which is under pressure inside the distributors, comes out of them from special calibrated holes, having the aim of increasing its speed remarkably. As the bottles turn many times on themselves during the drying process, they are hit by air jets which are overlapping and proportioned to the number of rotations made by them, so as to obtain a PERFECT DRYING.
