The corks are placed into the hopper on floor level, which assures a long operating time, they are then picked up by a special belt elevator and conveyed to the canalizing group.
The canalizing group conveys them to the feeding group through one pipe.
The feeding group working system is completely mechanical, the corks advance pushed by two rollers having a variable wheelbase, which give them an axial thrust, thus forming a continuos flux column inside the corker feeder channel.
The distance the corks are sent to can be changed by replacing the springs which produce the load on the pushing rollers.
The machine is provided with an electronic system for the cork flux control.
On request a frequency converter with its potentiometer can be mounted for the automatic synchronization with the corker.
The machine position on the bottling line is not strictly fixed, but it is advisable to place it as near to the corker as possible.
On request the machine can be equipped with one or more feeding pipes, in case it has to feed more corkers.
