MODEL P.DUE-E

The elevator conveys the corks from the hopper to the directing group, which sends them to the two orienting groups.
The corks are mechanically oriented by synchronized levers.
The difference in specific weight between natural and agglomerate cork determines the cork orienting process, which is made easier by the cork chamfer.
When the machine is used as a feeder only, by excluding the two orienting groups, higher production speeds can be achieved thanks to the adjustable speed of the corker feeding group.
Corks of different dimensions can be handled with little adjustment.
The number of corks conveyed to the corker is automatically controlled.
All machine systems comply with the Food Industry Regulations:

- cork dust remover,
- pneumatic equipment which do not require lubrication,
- all parts in contact with the corks are made of stainless steel,
- noise level below security standards.
