For 30 years we have been offering effective solutions to meet the requests of the most famous wineries all over the world. The WDT model is specifically conceived for high production speeds and reaches up to 12.000 bottles per hour. Its high level of performance has been proven by the units which have been used in various bottling plants for years. All WDT monobloc models are equipped with the new drying tunnel system covered by an INTERNATIONAL PATENT, which guarantees a PERFECT DRYING OF ALL KINDS OF BOTTLES AND OTHER CONTAINERS without requiring any expensive bottle change parts.
the mechanical washing operation is carried out by means of a motorized central brush made of nylon and using water at ambient temperature or alternatively hot water, which is not recycled. The bottles are fed by the infeed scroll, positioned on the bottle pads and rotated several times in the opposite direction of the brush rotation. On request the machine can be equipped with: - a motorized brush for CORK WASHING, adjustable in height; - a set of motorized and lifting brushes for INTENSIVE BASE WASHING, mounted on the washing carrousel.
In the drying tunnel the bottles are forced to turn on themselves by a special conveyor formed by two coupled chains that are inclined in the middle and move at different speeds. The bottles are blown and dried by suitably positioned and programmed hot air jets under pressure. The air is produced by blowers mounted inside the machine base and it becomes warm by compression. A device for dehumidifying the bottle cork and upper neck is available on request.
